1.  Can I mute my Conference Call.

Yes, anyone on the speaker code can press *5 at anytime to mute all your listeners and *5 again to un-mute.

2.  What is the per minute fee?

Nothing, this is a flat rate service.

3.  What happens if you need extra time on your Conference?

With the flat rate service you can have all the time you need, it’s up to you.

4.   How many times can I use my conference line?

There is no limit; you can use your line 24 hours a day 7 days a week if you like.

5.   How do I get started?

Call our office at 888.793.2222 and say you are interested in our flat rate service.  We can have you set up in minutes.  

6.    Can I record my calls?

Yes, we can record your calls to CD (data or audio), FTP site, or tape.

7.    If I have a good call that was recorded can I archive it somehow?

Yes, we can either replay it at any time you need or we can place your call/s on a voicemail that can be advertised or given out to your people to listen to 24/7.

8.    Can my recorded call be edited?

Yes, we have editing specialist on staff. 

9.    Can I add more lines at last minute for a larger call?

Yes, you can call 888.793.2222 any time during business hours to expand your lines.

10.   How many people can I have on a call at once?

With over 2,400 ports available we can meet almost any need.        

11.  What happens if I use up all my lines and people are still trying to get on my call?

We will always let everyone on your call even if you go over your subscribed amount, unless you instruct us otherwise.
